“I’m a Mac, I’m a PC” ads, finally I found all 66 TV episodes!

Apple had these funny and clever “Get a Mac” (aka. “I’m a Mac, I’m a PC”) advertisements running from 2006 to 2009, staring Justin Long as “Mac” and John Hodgman as “PC”. There are totally 66 TV episodes, 30-second long each (except #43 also comes a 90-second version).

The main arguments of the ads are: PC (John Hodgman) and Mac (Justin Long) Mac is more secure, friendly and fun than PC (the same argument applies to Apple vs. Microsoft). Some of the arguments sound solid to me and some not, anyway, they are really fun to watch!

I’ve been trying to collect all the episodes for a while, I’ve got some of them but not all. Today I luckily found an article on adweek which summarizes all 66 episodes and with links to them on YouTube (this article was published in Jan 2010, aaarrrrghhhhh!)

As you may or may not know that YouTube is blocked in some countries (how shameless) so I uploaded the 66 episodes to Youku.com. Some of them are from a podcast on iTunes and others from YouTube (slightly lower quality).

Here’s the compilation of all 66 episodes of the Ads.

Here’re my favorite 10.

Hope you enjoyed them, no matter whether you’re a Mac or a PC! 😉
